Parents/Guardians: If you have questions about your Campus Parent Portal account or are having trouble logging in, you may contact your student's school during regular school hours or you may send a help request to ichelp@clarksvilleschools.org. The help desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tickets submitted after hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Please be sure to include your name and your student(s) name and birthdate in your ticket.
Students: If you have questions about your Campus Student Portal account, please visit the guidance office in your building.
Forgot Username/Password: If you have forgotten your username or password, please use the "Forgot your password?" and/or the "Forgot your username?" links directly below the blue "Log In" button. This will trigger an automated response email that will be sent to the email address that you entered into the Campus Parent or Campus Student Portal as your Recovery email. If you did not enter an email address or you have changed your email address, you will need to contact the school or submit a help ticket for assistance.
